All our orders are shipped by Royal Mail using recorded delivery, we aim to deliver all orders within 2-4 working days. Our standard delivery fee is £3.95, Free delivery on orders over £20.

REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

If you have received the wrong item/s, the items are damaged, they simply don’t meet your expectations, or you’ve had a change of mind, you can choose between a replacement or a refund.

Please contact us within 14 days of your order date via email: hello@nativehoney.co.uk or call us on 07432 150847 with your name, order number and reason for requesting a refund or replacement.

Refunds are made to the same form of payment used to make the original purchase i.e. debit/credit card or your paypal account.

DAMAGED PARCELS

Accidents happen in transit. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged product. We make every effort to ensure we pack our products safely but should there be any damage to the product when it arrives, we can offer a full refund or replacement.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If for any reason you receive the wrong item/s, we are incredibly sorry this has happened and will rectify the mistake immediately. Replacing your item/s, and cover the costs for the return courier or mail charges.

ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED

We believe in the quality of our products and accuracy of the descriptions for each individual product. If you feel that any item you received did not meet your expectations based on what was described on the website, then we will happily refund or replace your items/s, and cover costs for the return courier or mail charges.

YOU’VE CHANGED YOUR MIND

For any requests for a refund or exchange because you changed your mind, you will need to pay any costs for returning the item/s to us (if they have already been dispatched)

RETURNING AN ITEM BACK TO US

If you need to return your order to us, please ensure it is safely repacked and return it to us within 14 days of notifying us of the return. Please include your name, order number and the reason for the return.
